I was a little skeptical at first because of the price. Then we had that snow storm hit a week or so after they sprayed my yard. Once the snow and ice melted and I watered for a couple of days it took off. My grass grew so fast and it's so green. I wish I had this done in my front yard before I had the Saint Augustine grass put in. I feel it was worth the price and I would recommend this company to anyone. The owner and crew was very nice and answered my questions even when I thought the ice killed the seeds.
